this is a list i saw posted elsewhere that someone got from the howells who walked through faculty housing:

“Homes lost: Russell and Allison Smelley, LaSage, Wolf, Hodson, Pointer, Taylor, Willis, Fisk, McMahon, Fikes, Fistors, DeBoer, Hoeckley, Kihlstroms, Tro. The Hunters house is okay, all the ones around it were destroyed. Mallampali is okay. The Howells are okay.”

    We are in Louisiana and are friends of Dr. Noell and his family. Do you have an up-date on them? Hope they are OK- we are praying for them and all of y’all!

    Hi Jen, I can’t guarantee it, but if the Noell’s are not on the list I provided there is a very high degree of probability that their place survived. Dr. Beebe released a statement saying that 14 residences were lost. We know who many of those are–so there is little chance that the Noell’s were left out. I hope that helps, but I can’t give you absolute assurance.
